Raymond Cohen

Director

Commencing his career as cadet in the early 1970's, Ray studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Building) and quickly progressed into the role of Business & Construction Manager overseeing the construction of many large projects whilst being responsible for all major business decisions. Now with over 40 years of experience within the construction industry, Ray's foresight and leadership is the foundation for our company's success and growth.

Kevin Cohen

Director

Kevin commenced his career as an apprentice carpenter under his father Maurice immediately after the completion of school. Now with over 40 years of experience, Kevin is an extremely accomplished builder. His hard working nature, ability to solve complex problems and exemplary knowledge of the construction industry has earned him the highest level of respect from all within the industry.

Patrick Cohen

Director

Pat is approaching 40 years working within the construction industry. Commencing as an apprentice carpenter, Pat now oversees the Central Coast operations of our business and has a wealth of experience in the construction of Education, Health & Industrial projects. Pat's ability to deliver quality outcomes in strict time frames is outstanding.

Maurie Cohen

Director

Maurie commenced his career as an apprentice over 30 years ago. Progressing through the ranks, Maurie is a proficient foreman with extensive experience in construction of Aged Care & Educational projects. Maurie's flexible approach and ability to build rapport with our valued clients goes a long way to ensure our clients are satisfied with our performance on every project.

Marc Cohen

General Manager

Marc has over 12 years' experience in the construction industry across a variety of roles. He moved into the position of General Manager in July, 2009 and has overseen the procurement and construction of in excess of $100 Million since this year.

Brad Rattenbury

Project Manager

A graduate in Building, Brad commenced his employment with Co-Wyn in 2009. His in depth knowledge, hardworking nature and attention to detail have enabled him to progress into the role of PM. Involved in all aspects of projects from estimating and planning through to contracts, construction and defects management, Brad consistently delivers outstanding outcomes for projects ranging in values from $1M - $10Million

Shaun Cohen

Project Manager

As graduate in Construction Management, Shaun progressed to role of Project Manager in 2014, overseeing the construction of a $13M aged care facility for the Chinese Community. Shaun's technical knowledge; capacity to coordinate consultants and contractors; ability to efficiently resolve complex problems and dedication to work ensure all projects managed by him are of the highest quality and within budget.

Kell Portass

Site Manager

Kell is a skilled site manager with over 20 years experience in the industry. Since completing his apprenticeship at Co-Wyn, Kell has delivered projects in various roles, from leading hard to Site Manager. Kell has a reputation for running organised sites; he maintains a high level of pride for the work that he manages and consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.

Adam Johnson

Site Manager

Commencing his career as an apprentice at Co-Wyn, Adam won the 4th Year MBA Apprentice of The Year Award in 2004. Adam progressed to the role of Site Foreman and shortly after won another MBA Award for Excellence in Construction of Private Schools Valued Under $5Million in 2010. He consistently resolves complex construction issues that achieve best results for the client and is a key member of our team.

Steve Cohen

Site Manager

Stephen completed his apprenticeship with Co-Wyn and became a qualified tradesman in 1998. He departed Australia for employment opportunities in the United Kingdom working on numerous projects including the refurbishment of Victorian Buildings. He returned to Co-Wyn with a wealth of experience and competently and efficiently manages the construction of projects on any scale.
